Patodia Syntex Limited, was established in 1980 with a view to consolidate the groups various activities of trading, manufacturing and import of raw cotton, with export of yarns, fabrics and garments. Within a decade, the company became India's largest exporter of yarns of all kinds, and is now an export house, recognized by the Government of India. The company has memorandum of understanding with large Japanese trading houses for exports to Japan and elsewhere in the world.
